Meet Molly
PARTNER | Real Estate AgentI was born and raised in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Growing up in a small town has taught me the value and the impact each person has at contributing to the overall success of that community. This experience has been influential for my overall love of camaraderie, teamwork, and service in general.
I attended San Lorenzo Valley High School and was a part of their strong athletic program, playing basketball and softball competitively. I graduated from Cabrillo College in Aptos, and later transferred to San Jose State University. My passions range from family and fashion, to an overall love and appreciation for nature, art, and music.
Learning to become a savvy professional with a real business acumen for real estate has led me to become a partner with TEAM ZECH PROPERTIES, as well as holding an executive position on the 2024 leadership team of the Santa Cruz Woman’s Council of REALTORS®. The diversity of our demographics in Santa Cruz County is something that keeps me inspired and supports my tenacity for personal growth.
My greatest love for this industry is being part of a team and contributing to the completion of goals for each individual I work with. It is an honor watching the entire real estate experience unfold for my clients and being able to use my interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport, forming lifelong relationships.
